eCarrot Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed by eBravium, Inc. with respect to your access and use of the eCarrot website (located at www.ecarrot.it) and our Mobile Apps.

eCarrot is created by eBravium Inc. (“the Company”). At the Company, we know your privacy is important to you and we are fully committed to protecting and preserving your privacy.

The term “You” as used in this Privacy Policy refers to the Subscriber or User of any information, products or services available on the eCarrot website or inside our applications whether the information, product or service is being used on behalf of the Subscriber or for the benefit of a parent, teacher, child, student or other person so long as used with permission.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Service Agreement and covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”, as more fully defined below) that we may gather when you are accessing our Website: eCarrot (the “Site”) or our Applications (the “Apps” or “App”.) This policy does not apply to processes we do not control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

BY USING THE SITE OR APPS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO THOSE TERMS AND THE TERMS OF, THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
